In Ability CCS Order Management System (OMS), our Customer Extract functionality allows you to pull data on your customers based on certain criteria.
CCS users can utilize these lists for their various marketing efforts, making your campaign targeting more effective.
CCS OMS also offers various other data pulls including Catalog Request Extract, which pulls customers that have requested a catalog within a certain time frame, and Marketing Data Extract.
With this particular report, several files will be generated within the specified OMS division.
