Order functionality improvements include a prompt for a Manager override password to allow specific discounts which exceed your established limits. New accounting features contain improvements to balance transfers, improvements to GL for PayPal fees and a new Pending PayPal Settlement report. TLS Protocol Deadline - Are You Ready?
Technology in our industry is constantly changing to improve online security and keep payment data safe. In recent years, the Transport Layer Security (TLS) Protocol, the protocol that passes information securely between two systems, has undergone changes to improve protection against online attacks. Starting June 30th, 2018, companies that are not using TLS 1.1 Protocol version or higher will no longer meet the PCI Data Security Standard and will be more vulnerable to data breaches. Ability Commerce is taking measures to ensure usage of the highest protocol standard, TLS 1.2, by July. To learn more about this new security standard, visit the PCI Security Standards Council blog.
