2019 User Summit Dates and Venue Announced

The 2018 User Summit came to a successful close last month, but planning for next year’s Summit is already well under way. With that said, mark your calendars! The official dates for the 2019 User Summit have been announced as March 5th – 8th at a NEW venue: The Seagate Hotel and Spa. Located in the heart of downtown Delray Beach, the Seagate Hotel and Spa is a luxury hotel on Atlantic Avenue, just one block away from the city’s beautiful oceanfront. As always, the 2019 Summit is promised to be packed with enlightening sessions on ecommerce, order management and financials, multiple training opportunities, and enjoyable networking events. Long-time Ability client, Rimmer Bros., has officially launched a US-based call center to cater to their numerous clients within the United States and Canada. Since 1982, Rimmer Bros. has been a prominent supplier of British classic car parts and expertise. Based in the UK, they ship thousands of orders a year to customers all over the world. This newest addition extends Rimmer Bros. customer service hours considerably, with agents available to take calls 20 hours a day, 7 days a week.
