BudK Worldwide Signs with Ability Commerce for Microsoft Accounting Integration

Delray Beach, FL, April 9, 2010 – BudK Worldwide, Inc. has signed with Ability Commerce to implement and support Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) and Ability Financials as their comprehensive accounting solution.

Ability Commerce will assist BudK in implementing their Microsoft Dynamics GP financial system, including software installation, configuration of chart of accounts, conversion of GL History, vendor records, and open payables from the previous system. Consulting services and end-user training are also provided as part of their implementation.

The new system will also incorporate a payroll implementation for BudK, transferring data from their legacy system. Thus, although they will go live on the new system at mid-year, they will be able to generate their W-2 forms completely out of their new Microsoft Dynamics GP system.

Additionally, Ability Commerce will provide full integration between Microsoft Dynamics GP and BudK's order management system via Ability Financials accounting integration software. BudK uses Escalate Retail's Ecometry order management system. The Ability Financials integration will mean fewer data entry errors, more efficient operations and timely reporting of financial information.

When complete, BudK will have a fully integrated financial and accounting system that will aid them in maintaining vendor relationships, financial reporting, analysis, compliancy, and streamlining cash-flow management.
