American Musical Supply Awarded Amazon Services Top Seller Award for Holiday 2009

Delray Beach, FL, April 23, 2010 – Musical instrument and sound equipment retailer American Musical Supply has been awarded the Top Holiday Seller 2009 designation by the Amazon Services team.

According to Amazon Services, the award means that American Musical Supply ranks among the top of all Amazon sellers over the 2009 holiday season on the basis of net sales, and their customer satisfaction metrics also received the highest marks (in other words, A+) over this period.

American Musical Supply uses Ability Marketplace interface software from Ability Commerce to integrate their order management system with Amazon.com systems, and relies on marketing services provider Marketing Concepts (sister company of Ability Commerce) to manage shopping feeds and customer care.

The Ability Marketplace interface automates the data feeds required, allowing American Musical Supply to offer a wider array of products on Amazon.com without the increased costs of manual entry.
