  • Flexible setup of General Ledger account mapping and advanced mapping, allowing mapping that differs from that of your current order management system.

    Benefit: No longer be restricted to your current order management segment structure. With Ability Financial's advanced mapping functions, you may have up to 10 self-defined segments and extend the field length to 66 characters allowing for highly complex account mapping such as parsing off of the product category.

  • General Ledger history and beginning balance imports.

    Benefit: Migrating historical information will allow you to maintain one system and perform historical comparisons and individual account history inquiries in your new system. It will also save time and eliminate data entry errors.

  • Accounts Payable beginning balances (open) import.

    Benefit: The ability to import all open invoices into your new system from your financial management software without manually keying in beginning balances will save time and eliminate data entry errors.

  • Accounts Payable history imports, including a 'mass apply' function, which allows you apply credit memos to historical payables transactions in an open-item fashion.

    Benefit: Migrating historical information from your financial management software will allow you to maintain one system and perform historical comparisons and individual vendor history inquiries in your new system. It will also save time and eliminate data entry errors.
