The purpose of this position is to control collections and the efforts of the Collections Department in Spicer, MN. We are a fast-paced, e-commerce and software solutions provider committed to our clients and our employees. If you can make a difference, we’ll give you a chance.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue
• High call volumes

Qualifications / Abilities:

• Highly motivated
• Able to work independently and as part of a group
• Highly skilled skip tracer
• Able to meet and exceed goals

Skill Level:

• 2+ years of Collections experience
• Track record of proven excellence
