Marketing Analyst

1 Opening, Full Time Opportunity

The Marketing Analyst is responsible to manage and maximize analytic data to drive revenue. This position is a key member of Marketing Concepts team. It is an opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects with the ability to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze multiple sources of data
• Provide expert knowledge and insight into Marketing Concepts clients’ online businesses and website customer behavior
• Make recommendations for optimization of the online customer experience based on data and testing
• Work with client account managers to provide them with necessary reporting on existing and new marketing initiatives
• Meets with marketing team and clients to assess needs and relay appropriate insights

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Basic understanding of HTML
• Basic understanding of ecommerce websites
• Excellent analytical skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a willingness to learn new concepts
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and search-engine marketing helpful but not mandatory

Team Leadership Skills:

• Works effectively both independently and as a member of a team
• Uses sound judgment to identify issues and escalates when appropriate
• Resolves disagreements and conflicts constructively
• Knows when to involve others

Education and Experience:

• 4-year degree in business, marketing or advertising preferred
• Equivalent experience considered
• On-the-job learning opportunity for the right candidate

Job Details:

• This is a full-time in house position located in Spicer, MN. No contractors or remote workers need apply
