Marketing Project Manager
1 Opening, Full Time OpportunityThe Project Manager is responsible to evaluate data and respond accordingly in order to manage merchandising projects and staff for maximum sales and productivity. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed. This person should also have strong communication skills with the confidence to influence key decision makers at any level.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and workload to meet project deadlines
- Drive business using merchandising and sales skills
- Evaluate data and implement procedures to create maximum sales and productivity
- Provide direction and oversee products and content
- Perform SEO keyword research
- Add functionality to websites and improve navigation as needed
Required Skills:
- Able to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality work
- Set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proofreading skills a must
- E-commerce expertise is a definite asset but self-starters with a desire to learn about web marketing are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently without strict supervision and as a member of a team
- Ability to establish and maintain effective, positive relations with team members and customers
Education and Experience:
- Business or marketing background preferred; equivalent experience considered. Will mentor the right candidate
- Strong interest and aptitude in web technologies
- Familiarity with e-commerce and navigating the web
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Job Details:
- This is a full-time in house position located in Spicer, MN. No contractors or remote workers need apply
