Credit Department Technician

Marketing Concepts, the parent company of Ability Commerce, has an available position for a full-time Credit Technician (35-40 hours per week). Position includes one Saturday shift per month for approximately 4 hours.

• Punctual, dependable, flexible

Job Requirements:

• Computer savvy, especially internet and email
• Ability to multi-task

Position Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls for multiple clients
• Verify billing information with customers and banks to ensure orders are not fraudulent
• Release orders
• Run credit checks
• Review spreadsheets and update customer statuses
• Prepare five-pay denial letters
• All other duties as assigned
