Credit Department Technician
Marketing Concepts, the parent company of Ability Commerce, has an available position for a full-time Credit Technician (35-40 hours per week). Position includes one Saturday shift per month for approximately 4 hours.Personal Characteristics:

- Punctual, dependable, flexible
Job Requirements:
- Computer savvy, especially internet and email
- Ability to multi-task
Position Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls for multiple clients
- Verify billing information with customers and banks to ensure orders are not fraudulent
- Release orders
- Run credit checks
- Review spreadsheets and update customer statuses
- Prepare five-pay denial letters
- All other duties as assigned
