Sales and Customer Service Representative
Our Contact Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have positions for day, afternoon and evening shifts available at any given time. Part time or full time considered. Each Customer Service Representative will have a weekend shift.Required Skills:
- Basic computer skills including Windows based software, internet and email
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Customer service background preferred
- Able to work at a fast pace and multi-task effectively
- Punctual, dependable, flexible
Primary Purpose:
- Handle customer calls for six different companies with efficiency
- Provide customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer needs and requests
- Follow through on outstanding issues.
Position Responsibilities:
- Handle each Customer Service issue thoroughly and accurately
- Follow up on calls that cannot be handled with one contact
- Address customer service emails
- Specialized training in at least two skill-sets
- Individual job duties that are assigned
- Answer calls related to: pricing, placing an order, verify the status of an order, etc
- Work diligently to maintain service levels
