Meet CEO and Founder Diane Buzzeo
Diane Buzzeo is the Founder and CEO of three successful companies in the retail, catalog and distribution space:
- American Musical Supply (1980), Marketing Concepts (1985) and Ability Commerce (1999)
Marketing Concepts, a service organization, was developed to provide customer service to American Musical Supply (catalog development, graphic design, direct marketing and call center). Over the years, the client base grew tremendously.
Innovations in web technology brought those same clients to Diane asking her to develop their online web presences. In response, Diane created Ability Commerce. She recruited the best and brightest software developers in the e-commerce industry to create a new software platform to address the unique needs of retailers from the perspective of the merchandisers and marketers who would use the systems. That solution, now called SmartSite, supports world class online retailers, many of whom are Internet Retailer 500 companies.
