SmartSite Training at Ability Academy.
Once you've selected Smartsite as your ecommerce platform, you'll need to spend some time learning how to use it to maximize the results. As part of our new client orientation, we will invite you and your colleagues to attend three to four days of live, instructor led, SmartSite training at Ability Academy. Most of the sessions are done over the web, but you may also attend in person at Ability Academy in Delray Beach, Florida. SmartSite training starts at the beginning, with an introduction to the software solutions you've selected and all of the features and tools available to you in the system. From there, we take a deeper dive into the "how to" components so that by the time your system is ready to Go Live, you are an expert.
We'll even guide you through the set-up, data upload and various ways to display your brands, menus, categories, items and item pages. Our software trainer will guide you through the process of importing, editing and managing content, too. You'll learn all about powerful conversion tools such as promotional areas, onsite search, triggered emails, wish lists and more that are built into the system.
Mobile is a big part of any ecommerce strategy. Smartsite has built-in capabilities that allow you to optimize and intrigue your shoppers, regardless of the way they shop. We support your mobile sales initiatives during training so you can capture any shopper, from any device easily.
